How do I pay for therapy? Do you accept insurance?
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, check and all major credit cards.

I am in network with Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth and Optum/United. If you're enrolled with one of these carriers, they may cover part of your care. Contact them to determine what in-network mental health benefits your plan offers.

If you have health insurance through a different provider, you may also have out-of-network mental health benefits. In this case, I can provide you with a monthly Superbill of services you can submit to your provider for reimbursement. In all cases, you, and not your insurance carrier, are responsible for payment.

When do you have availability?
I meet with people during regular business hours, Mondays through Thursdays. I do not currently meet at night or on the weekends.
Where do you conduct therapy?
I only offer teletherapy at this time; I do not have an in-person location! I can meet with you as long as you are located in the state of Virginia. I ask that you be in a safe, relatively private location where you are able to focus on therapy; protecting your privacy in your space is up to you.
How do I schedule an appointment?
